While back a friend asked me what was going on. We hadn’t chatted in a long time. I wanted to answer not much. I’m not doing much of anything.
But I didn’t.
I stopped and thought about that just for a sec.
Instead I said its been very internal and there are a lot of deep internal shifts that are happening. What was needed was to honor all that happened along with the present. Cancer is a big thing to deal with.
There is a lot more than not much going down!

This week’s deck is Vintage Wisdom.
Card One: Power
Know how you define this in your life. Look to where you want to find it inside of you. The Power is you and your belief in you. Will it be without some bumps, no, but it will feel much more spacious.
Card Two: Transition
Let this happen! It will feel so much better to let the Transition happen and ease you into where you are now. This means letting all of you catch up to the changes that occurred. The Transition will make it feel much less like you just tripped into a bunch of changes.
Card Three: Balance
Everyone will have a different definition of what Balance is. It is about how you see this word, not another. It has to work in real time life. That means a good dose of realism needs to be involved about how it shows up for you.
Wild! Trust
Can you trust yourself? This is you trusting you. One would think that this is a no brainer but when doubt creeps in, it gets hard to do. Bring in the concept that you are worth your own Trust. That you will know what to do when you need to do it. Trust yourself!
