That means things can get a tad messy as you figure out what’s what. But that also means you do not want to condemn yourself it you get it wrong or perceive that you aren’t doing it good enough.
My guess is you are doing a really good job and well none of us get it right all the time. Make room for your life for the screw ups. You can learn a lot from them. If you aren’t judging them. Condemning yourself for mucking up never works.
It just makes you feel bad.
That type of thought pattern doesn’t help you learn from it, it keeps you in the pattern. It keeps you tied to the action instead of figuring out what you can do better you rake yourself over the coals and bemoan how you got it so wrong. Your know what this does?
It eats up time and energy!
That you could be putting into something else.
Give yourself some slack and drop the judgment off at the pool.

You need a bit of intellect to help you figure out the base of the issue or the recent cause. Some bases are so old you don’t remember the root cause. Journal, do a brain dump, or a pro con list. Something that gets you thinking and the energy moving. Where do you need more thought?

How’s your throat energy center doing? You want to take a look at where you hold back and why. Speaking out is going to help you move into changes that you didn’t even think were there. You really want to look at why you do not speak. There are reasons not to speak such as an abusive relationship, it may not be safe for you to speak your mind. This is a good reason not to. But if the only fear there is imagined or speculative that’s not so good. Where can you speak out more?
