Get Grounded for Yule
Let’s talk about getting grounded again. It is so easy to walk around not paying attention to what is going on, feet off the ground, and all wired up. Being ungrounded can create a whole host of issues for you and they are all good reasons to get earthed. But today we are going to address being well grounded and earthed in the context of the holidays and dealing with families and relatives.
Things can get a bit crazy so this year as a thank you for and Yule gift for you I settled on a grounding and centering exercise. The breath is something I use over and over in various ways. This is one way I use to ground and clear my energy and it is my gift to you.
