2020 is pretty much over delivering at this point and has everyone stressed and more then a bit overwhelmed. Listening to folx trying to work from home, homeschool kids, make food, and keep it all together is a lot!
The point is when you start to go after yourself over not getting enough done or not getting this, that, and the other thing all done, don’t. Cut yourself some slack and know that you are doing the best you can do.
That can mean some days that your best
is not all that awesome.
Do your best to listen and use your compassion. 2020 is a mess and not much went as planned for most of us. Give yourself a pat on the back and maybe a cookie for getting this far.

Empowerment often starts small in its origins. It can be a a sentence that sticks with you, a thought, or a desire. The spark that sets off something in your soul and body that leads to something bigger. To the trust of you and knowing you can do it. You can change and become more you while changing at the same time. What spark has ignited empowerment in you?
Sometimes it feels like you are stuck and can’t get out. The more stuck you get the more you feed the stuckness, give it a name, and keep telling yourself, “I’m sooooo stuck!” Now if you are stuck because you don’t know how, that’s easy. Learn how to do it. If it is a story to avoid that’s when you need to look at how you view stuck. It is time to change how you stalk about being stuck and see it as a place where you can incubate and let the best ideas take shape for you to use. How can stick be part of the process?
Flow is fun and when you are in it things just happen. It all feels effortless. When it stops you want it back so badly because it feels good. 2020 in general has been fairly choppy for flowing for most of us. At times it is awesome or nonexistent. The question becomes how can you change the view of flow to include the slow points where you aren’t getting it done. Small redefinitions can help it feel better and help you know when to go for it and when you need to pull back and go slower. Do you force it when you aren’t in the flow?
I love that this is the Wild Card! Get our and play that’s pretty simple. Have some fun, be silly and goofy. Snuggle up with a pet, favorite book or music. The point is do something you really enjoy and relax. This is going to let your energy have space to expand out and chill. You can get too focused on doing and not creating some type for balance between focused work and enjoyment. Where do you need to step back and have some fun?
