The levels of freaked out energy in the collective are at all time highs. You cannot get away from it. It is that simple. Yes, you can use your tools such as meditation, exercise, daily draws to help yourself remain calm.
But stop pretending that it is all normal. And that there was and still is a bunch of stuff going on in the world and not in just one country. There’s plenty of weird freak out energy to go around.
Start setting up your new parameters and boundaries based on where you are now, instead of the pre-pandemic you. You have changed, the world has changed, and it is where it is right now which includes you.

Let yourself be part of your planet and listen to what information she has for you? How do you connect with the Earth? What preconceptions do you have about how to do this?

If you are feeling lost this week or wishy washy start to pursue something. Small, big, or in between start to track down what you need to know. Because yes there are times you have to do some research to know which path is going to be the better at this time. Where do you feel stalled out at? How can doing something help get it going again? Do you feel this in your body?

What are you projecting? Check in and make sure you aren’t projecting other’s thoughts onto you. Input and constructive critics can be helpful when asked for and you can use those if you want to. But the feel here is you didn’t ask for any of that and you got it any ways. Now you have the other people’s filter on and it doesn’t feel good. Unsolicited advice never feels good and most often it tends to be crap. You don’t even have to follow solicited advice if you don’t want to. Where are you projecting others thoughts onto you? What do you feel is best? How does unsolicited advice make you feel?
