Life is one big refinement. It will never stop and you get to help it along. If you let it be completely organic it can turn into some random thing that you weren’t aiming for.

But when all you do is analyze it, you get stuck. Everything is frozen and in slo mo.You feel you can’t get going again. Your coin in the case is creating momentum in your life and knowing your wonder. Make a small choice quickly. Example breakfast, coffee flavor, chocolate type, then move into medium sized ones, and then into the big choices. How does it feel to make a choice? Where are in slow motion?
