& Jupiter Retrogrades

You already think it is intense enough. Me too!
I get it because things are weird these days and keep
getting odder and odder.
“Curiouser and curiouser. said Alice”
That’s how it feels things just get more odd, the spikes of freak out energy become the new bas level. It takes a lot of energy and effort to move through the world and that’s just the collective energy with no retrogrades.
In April which seems like ages ago now Pluto went retrograde. Taking to the dark secrets of self that you have on ignore. The inner work never stops even with all that goes on in the world. The inner transformations still keep showing up.
Saturn is already retrograde at this point on May eleventh. That coupled with the big super moon last felt like you missed a step on the stair and stumbled. Big energy and it is exhausting coming into it. Pay attention to the boundaries you need.
Venus goes retrograde the thirteenth, that’s today. Expect a big wave of watery emotions come in to play along with boundaries being pushed thanks Saturn, and Pluto who wants you to dump it all and hole up under the bed.
Jupiter goes retrograde on the fourteenth. Lack of leadership or too much leadership are the issues that this planet in retrograde can bring up. This is also an Emperor year for the 2020 tarot card. Super fun to have the theme energy of the year moving backwards.

What you can do?
Find a phrase that helps you see the absurd of it.
Mine is a Tori Amos quote. She mucked up an intro live and said, “It’s okay, we’ll get some seafood later.”
The woman was live and botched the intro but no big dealio.
The Tarot/Oracle Card Spreads!
Use the tarot spreads to sort it out and give you a road map. These little quickie readings really help understand where you are and what to do. They will help you navigate the energies showing up. I find them very, very valuable. Look above.
Keep your energy moving!
Exercise, energy work, meditation, singing, and anything else that works for you.
These will keep your energy moving and not pooling in the body. When you let the energy pool up it tends to take up residence in the body. That means you get to clear it out of the body which is more challenging then keeping it moving.
Rest, take it easy, 5 second breaks
Sometimes you don’t have a ton of time. That’s where the five second break comes in. Stop everything, inhale/exhale, regroup consciously, and move on.
Make time for extra rest and taking it easy. It already feels like bizarro world, do feed into it and make it worse for you. That triangle peg is not going to fit properly into the round hole.
Stop expecting it to!
Hydration and electrolytes!
Processing energy shifts can be dehydrating as can big emotions. Once I got so excited about some art supplies arriving it dehydrated me. That wasn’t even that big! When energy moves and shifts into a new way of being you feel it on the physical level. Staying hydrated will help you feel better and the electrolytes help the shift integrate more easily.
